MCS Multimedia Wide-band Satellite Communication System

The MCS (Moving Communication System) multimedia wide-band satellite communication system is a breakthrough in the field of two-way satellite communication. It can transmit video, audio and other data at 2M rates in two ways simultaneously, on a moving vehicle at a speed of 200km/h. It offers valuable utility across a wide range of applications, including emergency communications, since it can provide the government facilities with a high-baud satellite communication links for moving vehicles, in dealing with incidents and emergencies. Since it does not rely on terrestrial networks, it also offers applications for industries typically operating across remote geographic areas, such as military, energy, transportation and environmental protection, which are not covered by wireless carriers.

In the areas where the vehicles can not reach, an operator can send images back to the vehicles for further transmission, at an appointed location through private wireless video transfer unit. This can extend the monitored area by several kilometers.
