On May 9,2009, Mr. Chen Shengwei ，the President of COCEG was invited to meet Mrs.Neh Dukuly Tolbert , ambassador of Liberia, at Embassy of the Republic of Liberia People’s Republic of China Beijing, and discussed about coorperation.

After the friendly exchange, Mrs. Neh Dukuly Tolbert expressed that they would cooperate with us sincerely, and would request our company to build hydropower projects, urban infrastructure ,civil constructions and other projects in Liberia. Meanwhile, she introduced Mr. Chen Shengwei to the vice chief of parliament of Liberia, negotiating the long-term cooperation. They also said that they would build a China Building Materials City, hoping we can achieve all-round cooperation with Liberia in terms of attract investment, construction, etc.
